Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and photos/videos of the issue for verification.
Once approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

⚠️ Reports made after 48 hours may not be eligible for free return or refund.


Returns & Refunds (14-Day Guarantee)

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 business days of receipt for eligible items in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached.

Please note:

  • Individually sold panties, stockings, and opened intimate items are non-returnable.

  • Used, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.

  • Free gifts must be returned together with the main product.

  • Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) will not be processed.


How to Request a Return/Exchange

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos.

  3. Wait for our return authorization and address before shipping.

    Do not send returns to the address on your package label.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged items: Return shipping covered by LingerDiary.

  • Change of mind/Other reasons: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
    We do not accept Freight To Collect (FTC) or unpaid return parcels.

For items over $75, please use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance.
LingerDiary is not responsible for lost return packages.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

Original shipping fees and optional services (e.g., shipping insurance) are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations & Modifications

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately after purchase.
Once the order is packed or shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
