When will my order ship?
Once your order is confirmed, it is processed within 1-2 business days, after which it ships. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

When will my order arrive?
Shipping times depend on your location. Below are estimated delivery times:

    • Standard: 3-7 Days (DHL/USPS tracked)
    • Express: 3-5 Days (DHL/USPS tracked)
  • UK

    • 5-9 Days (Untracked, 2nd Class Royal Mail)
  • Canada

    • 7-12 Business Days (Tracked)
  • European Union (EU)

    • 7-12 Business Days (Ships from the UK or Netherlands)
  • Australia

    • Standard: 7-12 Days (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT)
    • Standard: 9-15 Days (NT, WA, TAS)

Is delivery guaranteed?
Yes, we guarantee the delivery of your order. While we cannot promise it will arrive within the estimated timeframe, if your order does not arrive within 20 business days (US and UK orders) or 28 business days (rest of the world), we will classify it as "lost in transit" and resend your items. Please wait for these periods to pass before reaching out for a replacement.

Will multiple items be shipped together?
Yes, all items in a single order will ship together. However, if your order includes pre-sale or back-ordered items, we will wait until all items are in stock before shipping.
